Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer free shipping on merch orders over $100 as a small thank you for your support. Due to their unique nature, crystals are packaged and shipped with extra care and are not included in free shipping promotions. Shipping for crystals is calculated at checkout.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier. Delivery times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

For 11 is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. 

If your package arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. 

Digital products, courses, and membership access are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
